Vickie Madore

VP - General Manager

Vickie Madore joined the Norman, Fox & Co. team in 2015 as the Domestic Purchasing Manager.  After 5 years in that role, she was promoted to the Director of Procurement, overseeing the entire Purchasing Team.  Recently, Vickie was promoted to a new role in the organization, as VP – General Manager.  She is excited to help grow and lead this already amazing team to more successes in the future. 

Vickie has spent her whole life in Southern California and attended the University of La Verne, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology.  After college Vickie went right to work, having jobs in retail, customer service and spent one summer as a Technician for San Gabriel Valley Vector Control.  But the real start to her career was in chemical distribution, where she quickly discovered her passion for procurement as the Parts and Equipment Buyer and then moving into to the Senior Buyer for Pest Control role at Target Specialty Products.  

Vickie enjoys spending time with her husband Paul and their two children, Olivia and Xander.  Any chance they have, they head out to Palm Desert or try and make their way over to Hawaii, to spend time swimming and relaxing as a family.  But the thing that brings Vickie the most joy in this world is her love for reality television, specifically anything Bravo.  She is almost as passionate about the work we are doing at Norman Fox, as she is about the latest Housewife fight.
